Our Policy
If you're not happy with our service a pedi, mani, shellac or SNS, or any other services we provided, we're happy to fix it until you're satisfied. Please let us know beforehand.
Services such as SNS and Shellac, if you accidentally break, chip, lifted a finger or two. Feel free to come back we will fix it free of charge (within 7 days).
No refund under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse providing services to any customer.
Just a heads up, we do not accept online payment, in-store only. You can book appointment online but you do not need to pay before-hand. If it is more convenient, you can always give us a call to book.
Loyalty Card
You can start a loyalty card when you spent from $30 or more. (You would only get 1 stamp even if you do 2 or more services that day.)
You can only claim your reward 1 time on your 10th time visit.
Your loyalty card will be retained after you claim your reward, you will restart your card the next time you come.
This loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
This loyalty card has no cash value.
